Configuring Your Organization

Organizations are companies (or even teams) that consist of one or more members.

Most ThinkThru Studio customers have "one organization" for their company, but some clients create separate organizations for different departments or brands - each with their own billing plans and queue.

Configuring Your Organization

To configure or update your organization,

  1. Select your profile icon in the upper right of the screen.

  2. Select Your Account.

  3. Select Organization from the left side menu.

    1. On this screen, you can upload a logo/icon for your brand. This will appear across your projects and request pages.

    2. Enter the name for your organization. (i.e. Acme Co.)

    3. Enter the website URL for your organization.

    4. Provide a brief description of your company. This assists our team members in becoming familiar with your brand and what your company does.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Optional. You can select +Add Member to add additional team members to your account.
